Has anyone else noticed that they get more stimulant jitters when they haven't had enough sleep?
I take my adderall XR and most days it has a very smooth onset, and I end up languidly relaxed (I'm one of those people who sleeps better on stimulants- one of my guilty pleasures is to take my adderall and then take a great nap).
But I've definitely noticed that on the mornings when I've had only 4 or so hours of sleep, the adderall kicking in leads to faster heart rate than usual and anxiety. It's also worth noting that most of these nights also involve me taking a sonata to sleep (which I do to make sure I'm getting as much sleep as possible in my small window- it's normally a work scheduling issue).
Has anyone else noticed this?
