Relaxation CD | ADHD Information
Can anyone recommend a good relaxation CD? You know, new age music, seagulls, relaxating narration guided imagery, that sort of thing. I had one in high school and the thing put me to sleep like magic.
Note: I'm writing this at 3:53 AM after, once again, waking up at 2,

When I actually got it, I was absolutely MESMERIZED by the beauty of the sounds. If it were a book, I'd have to say I couldn't put it down. The sound (it isn't really music per se) is just perfect for reading, background, conversations, or, of course, for falling asleep. I wish there were more of it!!

And it deserves much better treatment than it has received from Disc World. At this time, it's nearly impossible to find. I'm trying to stock up a few copies so that I'll never be without it. Anyone have any extras?

It is so Spiritual...very purifying energy frequencies. One is transported into a peaceful mountain rain forest or perhaps realms with the Buddha. It is great to do artwork with , cleaning house or when on the computer. Even my animals respond to the peacefulness of Bamboo Waterfall.

Restful, peaceful, perfect, October 4, 2001Reviewer: A music fan
I spend a lot of time at the computer and enjoy listening to music but am easily distracted. This CD appealed to me because I love bamboo wind chimes. And bamboo wind chimes are featured in the CD! More musical wind chimes as well, light bells, and soft water, combine to make this one of my favorites to work with, I highly recommend this CD.
