wellbutrin question | ADHD Information

I need some help.  My eight year old daughter was prescribed 150 mg of Wellbutrin to treat her adhd.  She has been on it now for about three weeks.  It seems to help her in the beginning but then she became very irritable and emotional.  When her teacher told me that she was having outbursts in class and yelling at people, I decided to take her off.  I called the pychiatrist but still have not received a call back.  She was very difficult today and irrational.  I'm wondering if she could be having some signs of withdrawal.  I thought that the doc gave me the lowest dose, so I thought it would be okay just to stop it.  Unfortunately this doc is not good about calling back and I have just about had it.  Can somebody fill me in on this drug and did I do the right thing?? Thanks.No, 150 is not the lowest dose, and it vcannot be stopped cold turkey. She is probably having witydrawals and I would cut down gradually. It can be halved I beleive.
