Well he claps and claps for no really a lot lately and now he is BANGING HIS HEAD in ANGER. Doesn't like time outs. I have seen him put on a bicycle helment and hit his head on the tree outside. I tell him to stop because he could hurt himself and he laughs. He says I don't like cats and kicks the cat. (a little boy said he didn't like our cats but walked out) -- then our son says it and kicks! His meds are doing something else than helping. The Depakote 125mg 3x a day. Risperdal 0.25 2x a day and 1mg at bed and Clonidine at bedtime. He threw fitsssssssss in walmart because he wasn't getting what he wanted. We don't buy him things for bad behavior. He has to earn them. He threw a fit and dad had to walk away. No one in that store KNOWS what we are going thru. It like there is no control with him no matter what we do. &nb sp; I read if he is autistic at all and they are treating with ADHD medicine it could be bad for him. I AM SOOOOOOOOOO CONFUSED. I just called his pshychiatrist that I don't like and we are going back to her. My husband is like ready to give up because he throws fits in public and people POINT at the PARENTS. Not right.
