As my study is coming to a close, I would like to make my final attempt at recruiting parents to participate in my study. If you have not already participated or know a parent who would be a suitable participant, please read my post below. If you have already participated, thank you so much for your time. Hello!

My name is Nicole Smith and I am a graduate student in the Physical Education department at the University of Victoria. As part of my master's thesis I am conducting a study investigating the effects of physical activity on the behavioral symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children. I am looking for parents who have children that have been diagnosed with ADHD and are willing to fill out a short questionnaire about their child's ADHD diagnosis, symptoms and physical activity habits.

I have edited the options on my survey, so that I can receive multiple responses from each participant(if they have more than one child). If you are still willing, you may log back into my survey and fill a survey out for your second child. Thank you so much for participating - it is much appreciated!!:)

It only let me fill out the forms for one child.
