Constant hunger | ADHD Information

Hello: NOT SURE IF THIS IS THE RIGHT FORUM BUT PLEASE READ

My 7 year old son is on 1/2 mg Tenex, fish oil and Amino acid for his ADHD. All is fine with his behavior but recently he has been experiencing constant hunger.

Backstory - my son is adopted - with us for about 4 months now. It took a little while to get his meds and supplements just right but he has been fine for over 2 months now. About 3 weeks ago he started complaining of being hungery all the time.

We eat pretty healthy - fruits and veggies everyday. Not a lot of sugar at all. Water or milk are the only drinks he has.

Most parents tell me he is going through a growth spurt - but he hasn't grown a centimeter nor has he gained or lost any weight - no fatigue either and not a lot of complaining about being thirsty mostly just hungry. Am I over reacting?

Is there something else I should be concerned with?
