If you take two doses a day, tell me when you take them?
A dosage lasts you about four hours. So you can space out according to your schedule, try to avoid anything after 5 pm though, you might have trouble falling asleep. Also, I notice with the two dosages, it leaves you a little agitated when it wears off. I take lexapro, and it really helps with it. You might want to ask your doctor for something to calm the irritation i.e. benzos if you also have that same problem.
