Is this a normal reaction? This is only day 2. She says she is tired and her tummy hurts. Are these normal side effects? Sorry I know I am such a worry wart.

Methylphenidate can make some people tired at a low dose. It can also cause stomach issues (even the patch). Both can go away as she gets used to the med.
