Dexedrine | ADHD Information

I`m 33 - I`ve tryed all ADHD meds, and find Dex to be the absolute best.  Only problem is that I feel I get little sleepy/drowsy from it.  Anyone have same experince, and advice to get over it? maybe you are taking to small of a dose, i have tried every medication for adhd over the past five years, and also find dex to be the best, i have always had a problem similar to this and have only recently resolved it by taking larger doses earlier in the day, you should also look into Gastrointestinal alkalinizing agents (sodium bicarbonate, etc.)to  increase absorption of amphetamines., This also means that if your stomach is acidic you are going to metabolize even less of the medication.
