its not youre fault , so keep in mind a healthy mom knows when to relax

Welcome.

These boards really help ME. There are days that I feel that these people are my ONLY friends. They all truly understand what we are talking about. It is a cruel world out there but with ADHD to boot, it is even crueler.

You are at a good and safe place!

Welcome!

You will find a lot of support and advice here. As you can see it's a great place to just get things "out there" or just vent it all out over the many rough patches we all go through.

I have been lurking for about a year and with child #2 soon to be diagnosed, I figured that it's time to say hi and introduce myself.

I have an almost 7 y/o who was diagnosed with ADHD/ODD and I have a son who will be 5 in 2 weeks that will probably be diagnosed ADD/SPD.

He has been diagnosed already with low muscle tone and is undergoing an evaluation wtih an OT and PT. Given their comments so far and comments made by the neurologist ...I feel that ADD/SPD is going to be a major factor is his treatment.

So, HI! I am Cat and sometimes I feel like I live in a Zoo :)
