I'd talk to your doctor you probably just need a dose adjustment.Has anyone here noticed a loss of effectiveness of Adderall ??  I used to be able to get everything done and be focused and have energy to spare but now it seems to wear off very quickly I just don'e have that drive that I once enjoyed.. tsartele39267.3141203704sometimes once your body adjusts to the medication this can happen. Also after using it for a time people sometimes need dose adjustments. Generally a dose increase will help. Talk to your doctor.

I have been taking the med for over a year and a half and it had been declining over the last 3 mo..  The problem is that if I take it it wears off in 4-6 hours instead of the 10-12 like it should .......
