Hello im new and im depressed.Ive been taking St.Jns wort.I started 2 days ago.I have this incredible thirst for water all the time and I hate water,has this happened to anyone?also,how long does it take to start working?Im open for advice and if anyone wants to tell me thier side effects please do so.Thank you!i started taking st johns wort two month a go 900mg and have gon up to 1500mg with no side affects with in two days the clowd that was over my head had gon I took sjw today for the first time and in about 1 hour I had this flushed warm feeling in my face and I was very drowsy all day. I only took one 300mg capsule. Do you think this could be a sensitivity to sjw?
STjohns will work the only side effect I ever got was sensitivity to lightWater is good Mmmm'Kay?

I FEEL LIKE WEAK AND CONFUSED AT TIMES. I WAS GIVEN PAXIL BY MY DOCTOR. BUT SINCE I AM AFRAID OF THE SIDEFFECTS AND I AM SENSITIVE TO MEDICINE, I AM CONSIDERING USING ST JOHNS WORT FIRST. ANY SUGGESTIONS?I take St. John's Wort and have for several years. I have never experienced any side effects, although I do with medication. I do have to take more than the bottle suggests. Your thirst might be more from the form (capsules, tablets, concentration) than the herb itself. Try a different form of it.2 week effecctiveness.Horemone problems way also be cause, along with thyroid.Have these also checked.
