As for wondering about your looking "high".... if some of the folks close to you know you are trying out this medication and know what it's for, might you ask one of them? It sounds like you have the feeling I had when i first started adderall....it slowed down my brain (allowing me to focus) but my body felt like it was running at a fast idle.
Look around this message board and you should find lots of different posts about folks' sensations and side effects from adderall and other stims. I'd ask your doc about the studdering (as well as asking here). Some of these side effects go away after a while, others just change. The most annoying side effect for me is my body twitching... as I fall asleep in bed (or wherever I lay my head to rest!). But thankfully that is now subsiding--but it's taken six months!

I have just started Adderall XR at 5mg. once a day. I have been taking it for a full week now. I like being focused, but wonder if I come across at being "High" looking. I also feel a little anxious, and when I go to sleep at night my legs feel tingly. I also studder now on occasion. Will these symptoms go away? Thankyou.
