I just started Strattera today. But I am so nervous that it won't work. And I will have wasted 6 more weeks of my life on a drug that doesn't work. I was on Adderall but the doctor won't give it to me anymore with my past history of alcohol abuse (not drinking now though).
Adderall worked perfectly! I loved it!
Now all she will give me is Strattera, and she warned me that I would not be as happy with it as I was with Adderall. I am very disappointed that she has no faith in me, but at the same time she is the doctor not me, so maybe she knows best. Who knows.
Anyway, so far I have not read much positive on Strattera. I have been on Wellabutrin for years and it doesn't help my ADD, so why would Strattera work any better then Wellabutrin?
Any info would be good for me, thanks ahead for any insight.
