Increase in Ritalin side effects | ADHD Information

Yes to all of the above. I sleep right through the night. And i have been getting the right meals and everything it's just that I feel dizzy and out of it when i take the medication lately.... I'm starting to hate taking it where as a few months ago I use to think it was great! Hmmm... what to do now. Oh, and my doctor is on vacation.  Are you getting enough sleep, and are you sleeping through the night? Also, how's your diet - are you eating healthy, or are you skipping meals?Also consider whether you are taking in enough fluids. These meds can increase dehydration during warm summer months.Hi Everyone,
Does anyone have an explanation for a recent change in Ritalin side effects? I have been on it for months and am starting to feel more side effects than I have in the past. My main reactions are dizziness, clammy hands, and just feeling a little sick.
