Im on 20mg Adderall XR and the first thing I noticed was my vision got "fuzzy" I have to blink my eyes several times to get it to correct itself. Also, occasionally I see 1 bright dot that comes and goes. It can be anywhere in my line of vision. Strange......
you should get checked. Anything causing blurred vision should be checked.
One possibility is it's an ocular migraine. I've gotten these (not from meds) and there is no pain, but a weird blurred vision and white lines. Some people call it migraine aura and people get these prior to the onset of pain with a migraine. Mine happen, but I dont get any pain (which is good). It's only happened to me 4 or 5 times over the past few years. Sounds really similar.
It dilates your pupils. I am constantly putting on and taking off my glasses.
