I have ADD and OCD. I have been taking Concerta for the ADD and Paxil for the OCD. During the summer, I quit taking the Concerta because I was not in school. Now I am back to taking both meds. The concerta is working great for me. However, I have noticed a spike in my OCD tendencies. I constantly feel the need to pop my neck and shoulders. I am beginnning to hurt really bad, but I can't make myself stop. All who have OCD understand how this is. Does anyone know anything about the interaction between Concerta and Paxil? Any suggestions would be wonderful!
