Adderall effects dopamine and norepinepherine, while it is not uncommon for there to be an "issue" or can emit sexual side effects it tends to be more common with straterra.
As long as your dont have pain you should be ok. If you do have pain discuss this with your doctor. I myself find that straterra is awesome but causes me to get prostatitis. Adderall does not cause any symptoms no matter what dose.
Sometimes doctors will prescribe a SSRI to reduce premature ejaculation, a SSRI will knock back you sex drive for sure. I recommend reducing your intake of adderall.
