No one else came in on this so I will add some more to it. There are available social skills training programs which get kids together and work with them as they interact. This, from my experience, can work well. It takes a favorable staff to kid ratio and some good training for the staff but it does work since it focused on the output side, when the kids do or do not use the skills they know. In this process they can also be taught new skills and are helped to put them into application. Might be worth your time to look around.
My major point was to help you avoid methods that do not work. I worked in a social skills training program based on point of performance principal and it was quite successful. I guess, in my own inimical verbose way, I am trying to give you information that may help in your quest. Again however, the best thing you can do is to get all the education on adhd you can. Your job is to be the advocate for your child. If you don't no one else will and the child will fall between the cracks. Seen it happen all to often.
Good luck. Been there, done that, wore out a number of teeshirts. Overall, well worth the effort.

Some ideas:
First educate yourself on the disorder. Some suggestions:

Also there is Russell Barkley's book "Taking charge of ADHD" available on Amazon.
There are a number of behavior management tools designed for adhd kids available on the INTERNET including the marble system presented here. You have to check them out and come up with (trial and error) on a system that will work for you, your child, and the school environment.
Now having said this, be aware that learning "social skills" as such is probably not productive and they usually already know what to do, their problem is doing what they know. Adhd is an output disorder not an input one. So the best way of teaching social skills is to catch the child doing or not doing something and deal with it right then (point of performance ). They need help in applying social skills, this is were their problem is. If you have some training in psych the Barkley has a very good dvd of a workshop. It is technical and intended for professionals but if you can wade through it, it can be of great help. It literally tells you what you have to do and why you have to do it with lots of research to back him up. It is available on the Russell Barkley site..Downside costs 200 dollars. Worth it for me but I have show it to friends with adhd kids and they have a good bit of difficulty following it.
Anyway keep plugging. These kids are worth the effort.
