I WANNA SHARE!!

Yesterday we were having a ROUGH day, he had bounced all day and then talked my ears off!! So, last night we were sitting on the couch (transition for bed time) and he is talking over beside me ... I'm tuning him out to hear the weather.  Then, I hear our 2 year old laugh so I look over at our 6 y.o. ADHDer and he is sucking both of his nostrils in going "LOOK MOM, SOMEONE STOLE MY NOSE!"  And they were both giggling contagiously.

God rewards us.

it so good to laugh w/r kids. with the things they say or do. it's a bessing we all have r kids w/special needs

I can imagine how funny the gummy worms must have been!!!!

I am glad I started this. Sometimes we don't laugh enough at the silly things our kids do.  I found out this evening that my son repeated his joke for his 22 year old sister.  It grossed her out, so he is still on cloud nine.

Amen.

I love the happy stories
It is good to be able to have a good laugh.

Our kids have a special sense of humor, especially preteen boy humor (12 year old), which is so different from girls of that age.

I am try to get my son out the door to school this morning and I am reminding him of things to put in his backpack. He turns and picks up a yellow rubber worm, the kind you use for fishing and tells me can't forgt this. I look up and see he has the worm stuffed up his nose. He looked like he had 4 inches of yellow snot hagging out his nose. I protest that I am grossed out and he smilles and is happier that bed in a rug. He leaves the house smiling and in a great mood. I am sitting thinking how good he must feel and it makes me smile. Score one for the big guy.

Boy humor is so entertaining.

Somedays you can't spell at all, but you get the joke. Its a bug not a bed in te rug.

That sounds like something my son would do!

we HAD that same incident in my car, my 5 year old stuck two gummy worms in her nose on the way to school. Both kids were hysterical laughing.............and I have 2 girls!
