from an ADD inattentive to an ADHD kid (like her brother). I just got her on the patch this year. Before we were doing Feingold and it helped her but not her brother and I couldn't take the stress anymore so we are doing meds now. Anyway, last night I came early to pick up from girl scouts and saw this hyperactive, silly, loud, obnoxious girl - I have never seen her like that other than occationally when she is very excited. We are only doing the patch on weekdays for focus but could this be a side affect? I guess it could be the halloween candy too. She never had this even before the diet.

It probably is the halloween candy, a child with ADHD /innattentive could have their "hyper moments", mine does.

It sounds like she's acting like a normal 11 year old girl. You know, hormones kickin' in and all that... It could also be the girl scouts group that makes her act this way. (I know you think I'm kidding!) But, when I was in teen "youth groups", I acted like a "hyperactive, silly, loud, obnoxious girl" too. :-)
