Ok everyone wish us well | ADHD Information

Today is the day we take our son ,9, to his NEW psychiatrist. He is much younger and hopefully more up to date. We are going to take him from school early to drive to the appt.(not close but recommended and on our insurance). He will give us a sheet of psychologists that he works with who can hoefully help us. My son has swallowed 3 tis tacs now and has agreed to go on "stomachache and headache" meds (zoloft probably or something close) I hope this doc will do it. The last one would not because he wouldn't take his ADHD meds. They are 2 seperate things in his head and he is nauseaus and sick almost every nite at bedtime and many times in-between. He has constant headaches and has panic attacks. I think we need to address this issue as we move along with play therapy for the other med issue. He has agreed several times to take the med. As long as it isn't too big(I hope not). Very nervous about first meeting and how it will go. Let's hope for something good out of this.Good Luck!
