My ds is on 18mg of Concerta. He really doesn't experience any side effects at all. We are going to increase his medication to 27mg and I am really concerned about also increasing the side effects. When you increase the same medication do you also increase the side effects?
I am concerned that we are opening a can of worms. He is doing fine at home, it is just at school he is still somewhat hyper. We want to see if the increase in medication will help more.

If he is doing wel on 18, then 27 shouldn't affect him any more. My dd just went from 18mgs Concerta to 27, and no side effects at all....good luck
