Arey you still doing the marble thing and how is everything working out. I found it took a couple of days to kick in, then he got it. How are things at your house? He could go as high as 65 mgs , so yeah, he probably needs more meds. Strattera is weight dependent. Since d/s is growing he probably needs an increase by now. hi i have not been on for a while, but today has been a really bad day.  we started to do the "marble thing" with our 10yr old son the first day he 5 marbles the next he got 15 then yesterday he got 25 today however he has non and wont be getting any either.it all started this morning one of the things he has to try and do is get up without alot of fuss. so i went in and all was good the next thing i heard was jamie screaming at his sister to keep quiet, she was not talking at all in fact she was in her own room getting dressed, i went in and reminded him about the marbles and said i was going to make his lunch, he then started to shout after me saying he wanted something in his lunch box because i didn't answer him immedeatly he shouted about having to tell me things about 4million times at this point i said to him he was being very rude and to stop he then shouted to the top of his voice to leave him alone by now i was out and back in the kitchen( i hope the neighbours didn't hear) he missed out on breakfast as he said he was not going to eat with us as he hated us, nobody took any notice as he has done this before, i took him his meds and left his room telling him to get dressed ready for school eventually we set off and he calmed down,  this afternoon on picking him up we went in the pick up line he had a fit as he said his friends will pick on him now. he goes to kip mcgrath on a tuesday and a wednesday so we went to the session which was about a 10 min drive away he did not stop all the way there about how horrible we where his tone was the worst it had ever been I would never ever have spoken to my parents in this way ever.  by the time he came out he had calmed down again. we got home and he has done his homework until dinner time during dinner he went off again about the way his sister was eating (she was fine) since then he has had to do the rest of his homework and is still doing it as i type, he is being really silly and making the most stupid sounds like singing and shouting things out like if you don't like the way i am doing my homework then you can do it.  I think that this has been the worst day since he was diagnosed nearly 2 yrs ago. He weighs 37.4kgs and is on 40mgs of strattera do you thinkl that his meds need to be altered, also i think he has very sensitive hearing should i let his paediatritian know about it.sorry this has been so long but i just need to let it all out sometimes thanks again cathy
