I was diagnosed finally this summer. I'm trying to educate myself before turning to drugs to sort it out. every time I click on a website I see an essay. AN ESSAY!!! I can't read a newspaper article let alone an essay!!

Any good links or books? Audiobooks are good because nobody knows what you're listening to so it saves face and I can always rewind when my mind wonders!!

Try "Driven to Distraction" and the follow-up "Delivered from Distraction" by
Hallowell and Ratey. There are a lot of words, but also good bulleted lists if
you don't have the patience. I read both books in less than a week cover to
cover because I could relate to so much of it.
