* I agree why I did not get too much out of them.  For new parents dealing with this it is a a good thing.

"UB shifts the focus for treating ADHD"

I've taken the type of parenting classes described in this article. The room was full of parents of ADHD children, and the techniques were targeted at managing those children. The suggestions were very useful, but are also VERY time-consuming. Many of the recommendations involved intense daily maintenance. If I did everything they said, the amount of time that I spend dealing with my ADHD child would increase rather than decrease. It really was a better fit for a stay-at-home parent. It was definately helpful, and you can take what you want and leave the rest, but I did have a problem with the realistic application.

Thanks Notellin for re-doing it.  You are correct I did take the classes while we were in the study for free and did not get too much out of it I already do or have tried.  Also you are correct it is so time consuming but we do use the stuff whenever possible.  I just wanted to share our involvement and continued involvement. Here is the link to the article oh she is starting another one in another week.

Jillette39446.3715162037I kept on fixing the space inbetween "story" with the editing but for some reason it keeps un-fixing itself I tried it is the board the problem.
