adderall XR | ADHD Information




	adderall XR don't crush---the capsule is filled with 2 types of beads: quick-release and a wax-coated-type that dissolves around 4 hrs later. The capsule can be opened and contents taken that way though. If the adderall XR was crushed would it act in the same way as regular adderall? When my son was taking the Aderall XR, the doctor told us it was okay to open the capsule and mix it with food. I don't know about crushing it though as the capsules have small granuals (sp?) in it and I don't think they are supposed to be crushed.
