what do you mean by you don't feel a thing? it isn't working? it really depends on how much you weigh... talk to your doctor or a therapist- make sure you're focused on solving problems, not such much getting the right medication Yes, I would think the dosages would need to be higher.   Focalin dosages are half that of other ritalin based products.   I would think you would need 72 mg (though that would be a little higher than what you get now).   54 mg would probably be too low.I'm 30 years old and I just switched from 30mg of Focalin xr to 36mg of Concerta. I don't feel a thing on the Concerta. Is this normal? Do I need to increase the dosage of the concerta?
