Medication tabs | ADHD Information

WE HAVE IN THE PAST OPENED CAPSULES AND NOT GIVEN ALL BUT I LEARNED MY LESSON I WAS UNDER DOSING MY SON WHEN HE NEEDED A FULL DOSE, NOW THAT WE ARE ON THE RIGHT DOSE OF VYVANSE HE IS DOING MUCH BETTER ALTHOUGH WE STILL HAVE SOME REBOUND ISSUES.Do any of you have to ( or did you try at first) break up your tabs to miniscle amounts at first, to get used to it, or because you are sensitive to meds, or am I the only one taking 2.5 mg of Adderall (to start with)?   Is there anyone still taking 10 mg of Adderall after a year or so?
