Does anybody have a child who takes higher than adderall XR 30mg? My dd after 4 1/2 years on stimulants (mostly adderall) has really developed a tolerance and could use more but her dr. is reluctant to go higher. SHe's been on concerta the past 4 months which was okay, but it doesn't control her ADHD symptoms as well as the adderall. She also needs to take an afternoon booster putting her total daily dose higher than 30mg.
