Self stimming as toddlers? | ADHD Information

Hi
I have a dx, almost 7yr old, ADHD both.  Dad is undiagnosed.  Baby brother will be 3 end of feb.  He is just like his brother was, more and harder tantrums.  But he also self stimmulates by head banging.  He mainly does it when sleepy or bored.  It is a rocking, banging motion.  His brother did not do anything like this, a thumb sucker though.  Anyone?
Oh and he has no other autistic red flags, very verbal.
