yes neuropsychologist is best for diagnosis. If you cannot find one, go for child psychiatrist, not pediatrician.I need help.  I know everyone on here could use some.  My thing is I don't know where to turn.  My son (adhd, ODD) sleep walks, sleep pees, sleep poops, Sleep terrors, defiant, sleep deprived and aggressive.  He actually has improved since we started Strattera and a preschool program for kids with behavior issues.  When I first posted on here you kind folks had mentioned something about a neuropsychologist or neuropsychiatrist..I can't remember which.  We are getting very little guidance from our son's peds and I am having a heck of a time finding someone in Az to see us.  I feel like something is being missed.  And if it's not then I need someone who knows what the heck they are talking about to tell me we are doing all we can.  I googled neuropsychiatry in phoenix and there are many but before I start calling everyone on the list I wanted to double check if you all think that's where I should start.  If anyone from Phoenix Az has any referral info I'd appreciate it.  Thanks for listening once again.

How old is he, and what is his Strat dose?

What is his weight?

Is not quite five.  He weighs 70lbs and is on 45mg.  Which is at recommended dosage for 1.4mg/kg/day.  We do divide the doses though.  twenty in the morning and twentyfive at night.  The full dose makes him sooo sleepy.  I wonder if dividing the doses makes it less effective.
