4 5mg Adderall XR = 1 20 mg? | ADHD Information

No problem you can take 4 - 5mg tablets to equell the 20mg. They all release at the same time and in the same way. The only difference between the 5mg and 20mg is the strength of the pill.Stupid question, but I want to make absolutely sure :) I'm up to 20 mg Adderall XR, but lost my pill bottle. Doctor isn't available until tomorrow afternoon. I have a few 5 mg Adderall XR pills left, and I'm assuming that I can take 4 to equal 20 mg? I just want to make sure there isn't some weird nonlinear extended release thing that changes from pill to pill and will make me OD at 10:00 AM when all 5 mg initial doses hit me.
