I am amazed at the progress! | ADHD Information

I picked up my son at school today and he told me something that blew me away.  They have a thing once a week where they write numbers - for a set amount of time.  They see how many they can write correctly before the time is up.  My son usually makes it to about 30 or 40 before the time is up.

Well, today - he wrote to 119!  Oh my gosh - I was shocked!  His teacher put it up on the wall and made a big deal out of it.  I am so proud of him, and so excited for him to be recognized for something good, instead of always being the center of attention for misbehaving!

I just had to share his accomplishment with you all.  Sometimes the bad days seem to outshine the good ones, but today - even though it is 10 degrees here - the sun shines through!  =)

That's fantastic! I'm not surprised you are so proud, I would be too, that's great news, what a clever boy.
