Hayley’s appt. | ADHD Information

Well today Hayley went to her appt. There was alot of questions from the dr. and from myself. He talked with Hayley awhile...we where there for 2hrs. He is tentivly diagnosing her with ADHD and he also said she shows symptoms of bipolar disorder. He gave me alot of materials to read. He is going to get all of her ped. records and when she goes back on Feb. 28 he will start her on new meds. He 1st wants to look at her records to see what all has been tried on her. I am on one hand glad I got some answers but on the other hand I am scared for Hayley, actually I'm scared for us as a family! < =text/>_popupControl(); While waiting for a solid diagnosis is scary, imagine her life if you didn't try because of your fear! A life of undiagnosed bi-polar or adhd is far more scary!!  And even when you have a diagnosis, you are still in control and can take treatment at your own pace. Good luck!
