What the article is saying is that any chemical that inhibits reuptake of norepinephrine in the prefronal cortex also inhibits dopamine in the prefrontal cortex, which leads to cognitive enhancement.

You may have more treatment alternatives than you realize

Known drugs that increase norepinephrine (and therefore dopamine)  in the prefrontal cortex

Reboxetine, Strattera, Stimulants (adderall, ritalin), Duloxetine, Milnacipran, Tricyclics, Effexor, Desipramine
