Concerta for addiction and depression | ADHD Information

I have been perscribed concerta for a long term addiction I have. I am also fighting depression. I am 37years old and have been on many different thypes of antidepressants.  The first 2 days were great. I do find my body adjusting very quickly though.  I do notice that my concentration is alot better and that I am not sleeping to escape anymore. i dont think I could sleep if I tried, at least not during the day anymore.(which is a good thing, because I used to sleep to escape whenever I was not working or going to school.) The first day I took 18mls and felt a speedy feeling for couple hours. Next day took 36 and same thing and now 36 does not feel speedy anymore. Has anybody else found that there body quickly adjusted to Concerta and what were your experiences like on it.
