Adderall ,teeth hurt.- side effects stop? | ADHD Information

I am on day 3 of adderall.  I was given a 25 mg capsules but I am splitting them in half.  I have been having teeth pain, Jaw Pain, Headaches.  Can anyone tell me when I will feel better.  When does it regulate or get into the system so that I know its working.  I have been feeling jittery and anxious and now I have started taking an alprazolam while taking the adderall.  Can anyone tell me when they finally started to feel better on it?  So far, I feel crummy.  My attention span is better but my teeth hurt so bad and the tylenol I have been taking constantly is not helping.  I just wanted to know if my body is getting used to it or if its just not working for me.  Can anyone tell me what they have gone through or any advice?  Thank you I forgot to say its the Adderal XR and if I am splitting them in half , then I am only taking 12mg a day.  I start in the afternoon when I really need it.  Any advice would sure be appreciated.  I feel really jittery.  I am trying to be aware of any jaw clenching because I already have terrible TMJ.  I was just hoping this was my body getting used to it and was wondering if anyone else experienced this and if it got better for them and when.
