lexapro wellbutrin ritalin strattera | ADHD Information

Have you tried taking the ritalin later in the day?  It does not effect everyone's sleep- my son actually falls asleep more quickly on the occasional day when I've given his meds late.
the best person to answer these questions is your doctor or pharmacist.

My daughter is taking Strattera (alone for now). You wont feel that same dramatic change in focus with the Strattera as with Ritalin (Idont think). What I've noticed though with my daughter is she "even" throughout the day/evening. Strattera is a 24 med and she splits her dose.

One thing that comes to mind about Wellbutrin and Strattera is they both can cause dizziness as a side effect. My daughter has had this side effect from BOTH meds (not together).

I'm sorry I know nothing about Lexapro.

Thanks for the feedback. I know I have to ask my shrink, but I am always very interested to hear what others have to say. You can glean alot of information that way that you may or may not get from your doc. There is nothing like getting info from people firsthand.
VERY, VERY TRUE. Good luck
Have you tried taking the ritalin later in the day?  It does not effect everyone's sleep- my son actually falls asleep more quickly on the occasional day when I've given his meds late.
Yes I have. Its a funny thing. When I take ritalin anytime before say 2 or 3 pm. its cool. I like the way it affects my brain. if I take it after 3, it has the same effect i'm sure, but then it feels weird to me, and it makes me feel uncomfortable. I don't quite understand it nor know how to explain it. Its like my brain is cool with it earlier in the day, but fights it later in the day. Can anyone explain this??
martyhk039501.0457060185I take ritilin for add and welllbutrin for depression. I am now taking nite courses and as we all know ritiilin is a stim. and you can't take it late in the day. I want to try strattera so i can concentrate all the time. Both W and R work well for me. Since I am depressive and I have no anxiety issues, both meds give me a little kick which I need. The one thing I don't like about ritalin, is how you feel when its leaving your system.  Here are my questions:
1. I have read alot of things bad about people suffering side effects from strattera. is that very common? especially in combo with wellbutrin?
2. My nephew, who did not like the stims is on strattera and it works fine for him.he is also taking lexapro. I wonder though will it work for me after having been on ritalin for years?
3. Can you take ritalin and strattera and welbutrin at the same time?
4. How does lexapro work? Do you think it might be a good substitute for Wellbutrin, cause of the way strattera and welbutrin interact together? Is lexapro anything like prozac, cause i hated that. It made me feel like a zombie.
