Ritalin and Workplace Drug Testing | ADHD Information

Will Ritalin show up in typical workplace drug testing?  After having undergone a drug test, has anyone been confronted and asked to explain their Ritalin use?  It will show up, generally as a controlled substance( speed), you just have to present your RX to them. I just started a new job in a professional field and was drug tested.  Take 140 mg per day of Vyvanse and 10 mg of Klonapin at night.  My doc told me it would definitely show up but that he would fax a copy of my prescriptions to verify.  I just filled out a release form.  Once you test positive a medical review officer will contact you to let you know the test is positve.  I told him I had rx and he asked if the doc could fax the form.  He did and all was good.  They changed the results to negative.  They do all of this before notifying your employer so they will never know.
