Please help: Workout Routine | ADHD Information
It's tearing me up inside, but I have to face the reality: I'm becoming a regular at the local gym. It is a necessity for me in terms of living with ADHD. It's part of my routine, it helps my mind, and obviously it's good for my overall health.
This all said, I'm trying to construct a sensible workout routine to maximize my time in the weight room. I'm also looking to make modifications to my diet; not that I eat junk food, but obviously nutrition is key to all this.
Also, since I 've been taking stimulants (since July 2006) I've probably lost 10-12 lbs. Only in the last few weeks have I been making a concerted effort to eat more.
Anyway, if any of you are knowledgeable in this area and can help me out, please send me a PM. I've been on a bunch of weight training sites and have picked up a little bit, but I do have some specific questions.
