really? They just lowered him a few weeks ago after he had a weird reaction from 20mg in the morning to 10mg then he still gets his 10mg at lunch time. I noticed last night at sylvan it seemed by the time i was dropping him off, it had started wearing off of him, he was being goofy, and loud and spinning in circles. So I just gave them a heads up and told her if it got to much or he was restless let him get up and take a break, but if it got to bad to call me and i'd come get him.

Any stimulant, including caffiene can cause dialated pupils regardless of the dose. This is not uncommon but check with your doctor.
I'm working in depth with Trent tonight on rhyming and ending sounds. So I tried something new, if i get right in his face, and say them words very clear, and very defined he gets it. So then I had him close his eyes for a minute and open them, his pupil size doesn't change. not at all.
Is this from his adhd meds? Is this a concern? Should I ask the doctor? Wow, how did I never notice this before?
The pupil thing could be from the meds, it is common and not usually a concern.
ok thanks. I had never really noticed before that they were so big. kinda freaked me out for a sec :).
I did put a flashlight in his eyes, and they shrunk down pretty small then when i took it away they went back big.
