I try to write a script, about I was elected a leader of Chinese Opera. For this club was night division but rest of members are day. So that's only one reason I was qualified, not for depended on my ability like singing or managing. I didn't know how to order people and they expected me versatile but I need their help. The problem is I didn't know how to explain what kind of help they should do, they just wait if I could make magic! I rememmber when I was freshman, my classmates thought I was a funny girl because I unconciously to make jokes, but later, I became serious after being familiar with. Some criticized me I should stare the man/woman who spoke to me, and I often forgot some trivial thing I should do. That is why I chose small company to work because I afraid some kind of relationship in big company which I can't afford like some groups.

The best bet is to plan out what you expect of everyone in advance. Set up list of stuff you want to accomplish that day so when you're at a loss on what to do next or need to give someone a job you can check your notebook and already have a list of ideas ready.

When you're organized you'll feel more confident and that confidence will draw people to you so it will just get easier and easier interacting with them.

Sure surprises will come up but if you have a game plan then you will only get a few surprises each day instead of being overrun with them.

I also have great difficulty asking others to do things, but am learning out of necessity.  I managed a restaurant for a while, and learned alot from that.  For me it is easier to give a group of people a list of things that needs to be done.  It gives the people some personal choice in their selection of tasks and puts the responsibility on them while still getting things done.  l do not know if this will work in your job.
