I was taking vyvanse 50 mg and loved the way it worked but had to switch to adderall because of the price. I was taking 50mg of vyvanse and the dr. put me on 20mg twice a day of adderall ir which seems like alot so I have been taking 10mg at 7am another 10mg at noon and 10mg at 5pm. I have abad stomachache that feels like I have a bubble in my stomach, headache and my eyes feel like they have presure behind them and tired. My question the side effects iam having because I need to actually take the 20 mg or is the 10 mg to much?? Please give me something to go by. I don't like having to take anything but I know I need something. I tried not taking meds but I realized that I start 1 thing and by the end of the day I had 15 things I started but didn't finish. I also when not taking meds sent a check to an employee and didn't sign it. Thats why I need to take meds..........
