Psychiatrist or Neuropsychiatrist? | ADHD Information

My son (7 and 2nd grade) has been on Concerta for ADHD this school year with mostly positive results. We have issues with eating of course (he has not gained any weight this school year- he is 51 inches and 49 lbs), but it helped him a great deal with focusing so he could finish his work and be available for learning. It also helped him socially. However, we just made an adjustment in his medication (increase from 18mg to 27mg) because he began to have more and more difficutly completing work (As to Bs and Cs). While my pediatrician has been very helpful, I feel there are some other issues that need dealing with (too much to write about but mostly in the area of social and behavioral issues). We worked with a psychologist last year and the beginning of this school year,  and that was fine. I need to see someone who can really get to know my son, rule out any other issues, help with behavior and psychological issues,  as well as look at the medication.

Which would be better - a Pscyhiatrist or Neuropsychiatrist????
