How do you feel?

I noticed a calmness late in the day, otherwise I didn't feel that different.  For me, all the changes were small. The total effect has been fantastic.

I worried that the meds would change me, my personality. I don't think anyone has noticed the change, except my daughter and my doctor.

Hi all, I took my first Concerta XL this morning and don't seem to be having any effect I'm having a foggy day. (it was an hour ago, how long does it take?!)

So this got me a-thinking:

How did you feel on your first day and what were you expecting to feel?
