Daytrana patch | ADHD Information

my daughter developed tics from most of the stimulants, Daytrana however did not do this, but depending on the tic, sometimes we lived with it, sometimes we stopped the med. IMO if it's annoying him and making him stand out it's not worth it. My daughter now takes methylin ER and no tics. Again we didnt see tics on Daytrana either, but on most others she did. May be worht trying something different. Has he taken any other meds?I have a question about the Daytrana patch.  My son started the patch about 2 weeks ago.  We have noticed a tic of nose sniffing.  His sniffing is so severe and loud.  It is irritating to us and others around him, and I know the severe sniffing can't be good for his nasal passages.  I am waiting to hear from his Dr but wanted to find out if other parents have dealt with this? and what happened?  Thanks.
