thanks. it's nice to know it is still manufactured by Shire and some folks like you can benefit from it. My insuror wouldn't cover the cost (a year ago)--I have Anthem BC/BS--so I'm stuck taking generic, despite its pitiful efficacy compared to the real McCoy!
i take the name brand adderall. it usually takes longer to fill, becakuse they have to order it. i was able to get it filled around the middle of july. my insurence covers it with a larger copay, but i do believe that it costs more a lot then the generic. if my insurenced didn't cover it i doubt i would pay the extra money for the name brand. but i do agree, it does work better then the generic. Is anyone out there still able to get brand name regular Adderall (not generic and not XR), and if so, is the cost reasonable? I ask because I tried getting it about 6 months ago and I was told that, since the release of Vyvanse, the only Adderall that Shire manufactures is the XR version, not the regular. I'm hoping this isn't true, as brand name is more effective than generics.
