I don't know whats happened, but I took my meds as usual all this week after taking them on/off last week for a holiday and now i can't concentrate again. I have all of my symptoms back and nothing has changed.

I only talked to my psyc last week and repoted that everything was working well, but now I'm zoning out and can't concentrate. I'm done nothing at work all day as I'm back to being distracted by the interned. Is that normal??

I can't really go back and say 'hey, everything has changed, can I up my dose?'

Could i get my next batch in 18mgs and up the dose myself?
