I started talking adderall again after a 9 month stop for pregnancy. I notice my hands well, my fingers get cold, they aren't turning white but they change to a darker pinkish color.

Also I get chest pain but it's njever with any other things, no irregular heart beat, no shortness of breath, my blood pressure is never abnormal, it is always in normal range, don't even have a rapid heart beat that is without explanation even one time I went to the ER for the chest pain and they found nothing, my heart looked normal, ekg was normal, everything. At times I'd sear I have symptoms of a heart attack, and I'm so worried about ther possibility that I wonder if It's worry that is cauins symptoms for me???

I know during pregnancy I had bad headaches and worried about cancer or a tumor since I had been diognosed with one 5 years ago and I finally had an mri done and they found nothing new and no changes to the tumor after that my headaches suddenly improved a great deal.

I had gotten chest pain at times off the adderall and wondering is there a subconscious fear that is causing chest pain for me??? Anxiety and not the adderall??

Chest pain is a common side effect of Adderall, especially in new users, and it generally doesn't have anything to do with your heart. It's caused by anxiety, although not the psychological kind. It's rather a kind of muscular anxiety, or tension in the chest muscles.

It's always a good idea to get this checked out, just in case it is heart related. But since you've already done that, you can probably rest assured that what you're experiencing is muscular, and probably a result of resuming your Adderall dosage following the long break. Aside from causing pain, it isn't harmful, and should subside in a matter a weeks, as your body re-adjusts to the Adderall.

Of course if it continues much longer than that, you should get it checked out again.
